Everybody was cooperative and the room was updated. The breakfast was warm with plenty of meals. They made my stay fabulous! The rooftop bar was good and the drinks were good.

large beds, beautiful location, spotless. and it also had magnificent view. exceptionally kind staff was always available. food in the magnificent restaurant was brilliant.

It was the best time staying at this absolutely fabulous hotel. Generally everything was great, nevertheless the bathroom was so small. Fresh and yummy meals...

Some people working there were cranky.

It made my trip to Istanbul a LUXURY experience. Shops and a bazaar were right next door. Absolutely stunning view, a large balcony, comfortable bed, too. Pool was lovely, comfortable to sit around.

The venue was fairly clean and the staff were very helpful. Breakfast was tasty, well presented and with plenty of options. I loved an Ottoman decor and dark furniture. Ideal location not too far away from a Grand bazaar: )

Large room and friendly staff. We had a suite and it had a sunny balcony. Just a 10-minute stroll to the center. Found a place called Ezgi, set a short way from the hotel, ate there a few times.

One of the dining options, cafe la galera was 5 mins walk away. Honestly nothing to complain about. There were parking on-site. A lovely place for exploring Istanbul.
